Two major audiovisual design companies explore ways of combining sound, images and technology in order to redefine museum spaces and communication aesthetics, incorporating storytelling, interactivity and expanded formats. Karmachina was founded in Milan by Paolo Ranieri, Rino Stefano Tagliafierro and Vinicio Bordin, while Propp was founded by Pierluigi Anselmi, Pietro Buffa and Alessandro C. Busseni.
